We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, fraud concerns or incorrect pricing).

2.2 Payment Processing

Orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

Payments are securely processed through our third-party providers:

  • Stripe

  • Klarna (for financing, where available)

  • PayPal

Ghost Lab Acoustics does not store credit card or full payment details.

2.3 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your shipping address.

3.0 Custom-Built Instruments

3.1 Built-to-Order Policy

All Ghost Lab Acoustics guitars are custom-built at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are commissioning a made-to-order instrument

  • Build times may vary

  • Wood grain, patterns, and appearance will naturally vary

  • No two instruments are identical

3.2 Final Sale of Instruments

All guitar sales are final.
There are:

  • No cancellations

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No refunds

This is standard for boutique and custom-built instruments.

4.0 Shipping & Delivery

All shipping procedures, delivery expectations, insurance requirements, and damage reporting timelines are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Shipping & Returns Policy.

5.0 Warranty

All guitars and parts are covered by the Ghost Lab Acoustics Limited Warranty, available on our Warranty page.

The warranty outlines:

  • Required environmental care

  • The customer’s obligations

  • Warranty claim procedures

By purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to the warranty terms.

6.0 Care Requirements

Ghost Lab Acoustics instruments require proper care, climate control, and handling to maintain stability and longevity.

By purchasing an instrument, you agree to follow all care, cleaning, and environmental guidelines listed on the Care & Maintenance page.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in loss of warranty coverage.

7.0 Returns & Exchanges

All return and exchange rules are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

In summary:

  • Guitars are final sale — no returns, no exchanges, no cancellations

  • Apparel and accessories may only be returned if unopened

  • Hardware or parts may only be returned if unopened

All content on this website—including logos, images, descriptions, guitar designs, patterns, shapes, videos, trademarks, and written material—is the property of Ghost Lab Acoustics LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
